Are you the first year undergraduate of the year?

TARGETjobs are searching the best universities in the UK to find current second year who think that they were (last year) the best first year undergraduate in the UK

They have only targeted about 20 universities for entries (including City of course!) and we encourage you to put in strong applications. Even if you don’t win, you still stand a chance of making the final shortlist of ten, all of whom will be royally looked after by the sponsor Ernst & Young and invited to the Undergraduate of the Year Awards as their guests.

They are looking for a winning mix of personal skills, career motivation and an excellent academic record. The rewards are great: the winner will receive a guaranteed place on Ernst & Young's 2012 six-week summer internship programme and a place at their International Leadership Conference in Florida. The winner will also be able to gain additional insight into our business, culture and campus strategy directly, whilst further developing a network amongst senior people by having lunch with one of our senior partners. He/she will collect the award at a gala event in Canary Wharf, London on 13 April, 2012.

So if you have just started your second year and studying any degree subject…

And you have a minimum of 300 UCAS points and are expecting at least a 2.1...

And you are available for the summer 2012 internship...
