This year, RWE npower are hosting the most npowering Weekend ever!

This competition is an exciting and quirky way to get insight into one of the UK’s leading energy companies. Plus, it offers undergraduate students a fantastic opportunity to win exclusive summer internships, exciting prizes and even an opportunity to be fast-tracked onto our award-winning graduate schemes.

We encourage students from all disciplines to participate, as the internships will be tailored to their interests, whether they are in Digital, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Sustainability, among others.

Competition stages:

1. Quiz: The competition will kick-off with a fun 10 question multiple-choice quiz, which you can find by following this link: http://npoweringweekend.npowerjobs.com/ or on our social media pages by searching #npoweringweekend. – Closing date: 10th December

2. Open Question: This stage will require you to answer a question online. We can’t say what it is yet, but it will require some creative thinking. So, if you think outside the box, this will be your chance to shine! – Closing date: 17th December.

3. Video Interview: At this stage, we will ask you a few questions via video. You will need to think on your feet and show us you can make decisions quickly. – Closing date: 10th January.

Tip: Don’t expect the usual same old boring “interview questions”. Relax, be yourself and have fun, really! – Date tbc.

4. Final Weekend Away: At this final stage, participants will be put into teams, to compete in business games and challenges – “The Apprentice” style. This event will be hosted by senior managers, current graduates and graduate recruiters. They will not only assess everyone’s performance, but also be available to talk to throughout – so use this chance to network with the right people. Success is what follows!
